Planting Trees
Over the past 30 years we have planted over 10,000 trees on our farm. This has included a 900-tree berry wood planted two years ago, with species selected to provide habitats for wild birds and insects. We have also started planting a new five-acre orchard of rare native apple and pear trees.
Being organic also encourages wildlife and hedgerows to thrive because we do not use any pesticides.
At events we always make sure we use recycled paper items or those from sustainable sources.
