Our menu comprises a gourmet range of burgers, sausages and bacon in large freshly baked floury white and granary baps and baguettes. Inclusive in the price are a range of extra sauces and relishes, cooked onions and locally sourced organic salad.
Our produce is not only of the highest quality but also sold at a price that is affordable to most event visitors. Nearly all of the items we sell have been produced on our farm. We use only meat that is natural, free range and organic. Our hot food is all served in napkins made from recycled paper.
Gourmet Angus Burger – Awarded Silver in the Taste of the West Awards 2011
A 5 ounce burger made from grass-fed Angus beef born and reared on our farm and dry aged on the bone. Served in a large freshly baked bap with local organic mixed leaf salad, cooked local onions and relishes included in the price. Mature sliced local cheddar (not a processed slice common to some caterers), dry cured bacon optional extras. We also have a Chilli Burger version of this burger for those who like something a little hotter.

Gourmet Wagyu Burger
A 6 ounce burger cooked to order made from luxury Wagyu beef, which is rated the best in the world. The lucky cattle are massaged and fed on a diet including lager, which results in this fantastic melt in the mouth beef. This exquisite burger offers visitors something a little more exotic, while still being of exceptional quality. It is served with local organic mixed leaf salad, cooked onions and relishes all included within the price. Grated mature local cheddar and dry cured bacon are optional extras.

Made with dry cured British bacon. Served alone or with a griddled organic free-range egg and /or a sausage.
Cumberland Pork Sausage
A chunky sausage made with free-range organic pork, including cooked local onions, local organic salad and relishes included in the price. Served with a free-range egg or dry cured bacon for an additional or double sausages as optional extras.
Refreshments
We also sell fair trade coffees and tea and mineral water and fruit juice. Our drinks are all served in cups made from recycled paper.
